Begin the application process, by indicating your intention to the Sofiri platform.
Here’s how to do it.

Once your student has decided on the course they would like to study and educational institution they would like to study with, it will be time to begin the process of organising with them, all the documents which they will need.
Begin this process with a student for the first time, by clicking ‘see process’ in your chat window with them. Alternatively, you can search for your student, and click ‘see process’ in the search results.
When you do this action for the first time with a student, a ‘create application’ popup window will appear. If this is not the first time you have created an application for that student, simply navigate to the bottom right-hand corner of the screen, and click ‘add application’.
‘Target country’ here refers to the country in which the student will study.
Then select the educational provider the student would like to make an application with, the discipline – in this example, accounting -, the intended course name – in this case, the Master of Professional Accounting -, and their intended commencement date – in this case, Semester 1, 2019. Then, click ‘create’.
Now, we can begin the process of working with our student to collate the documents they will need for their application to be submitted – such as copies of their passport, their student visas, and academic transcripts.
To do this, we’ll switch to the platform, UploadOnce.com.au. This is where we’ll request our students provide relevant documents. We’ll issue our communications with students regarding their documents via UploadOnce, and students will directly upload their documents to UploadOnce. We’ll show you how this works, in the next video.
